the hotel's makeover is excellent, and the park lane king room really exceeded my expectations! the shower was amazing. the bed and pillows were super comfy. i loved how much space there was in the room, it definitely could have fit a desk easily!

the air conditioning unit was quite loud!

breakfast at darling on the 46th floor was wonderful! the quality was superb with fantastic variety. plus, the city and park views were really amazing! i think it set a positive tone for the day.

The lobby smelled very nice, setting a fantastic first impression! i did not get a chance to see the top floor, but i definitely plan to next time. the lobby cafe was good and super convenient. It made grabbing a quick bite really easy.

The hotel is near a subway station and Central Park. Many restaurants and museums are nearby. I like the restaurants in the lobby floor and rooftop. The staff are personable.

The computer system experienced major issues. I was told that the computers were down when I checked in. I still have not received a folio three days after checking out.

The staff at the reception work hard. They are friendly and efficient. The team makes sure every guest feels welcome and looked after . I find the service to be prompt and polite.

location is amazing. the room was big with a good layout. everything was clean, shower is strong. there was good storage space and elevators are fast. doormen was super helpful with tips, storing luggage and providing the best subway routes for my plans.

i found a few spots need a bit of tlc.

The location was great, right in front of central park. This made it easy to take morning walks. i found the staff super friendly. They were always ready to assist.

the air conditioning was noisy, and an engineer confirmed it was due to the building's age. also, the bed frame was larger than the mattress, i tripped over it a few times.
